NPD Project Management – Execution

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced NPD Project Management professional to drive end-to-end new product development and launch activities across skincare, beauty and personal care categories.

The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, working closely with manufacturing partners, tracking dependencies and ensuring timely product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end NPD project execution, from product development to final commercialization.
• Own project timelines, launch calendars, milestones and execution trackers.
• Coordinate with R&D, Packaging, Design, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams.
• Work closely with external manufacturers and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Track packaging development, artwork approvals, raw material availability and product trials.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays and proactively resolve execution-related challenges.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely launches.
• Coordinate cost tracking, vendor performance and project budgets.
• Maintain project documentation, MIS reports and launch trackers.
• Ensure smooth coordination between internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in Project Management, NPD Execution, Project Coordination or Product Launch Management.
• Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Personal Care or D2C industries.
• Strong experience in project planning, execution and cross-functional coordination.
• Exposure to manufacturing, packaging development and vendor management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in NPD project execution and product launch coordination.
• Experience working with manufacturing teams and external vendors.
• Candidates who have managed projects from planning through execution and commercialization.
