We are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our garment manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling buyer communication, product development, costing, order execution, and coordination with production teams. Key Responsibilities Handling buyer communication and understanding buyer requirements. Product development, sampling follow-up, approvals & costing. Coordinating with production, quality, fabric, and trims departments. Preparing T&A (Time & Action Plan) and ensuring timely order execution. Managing order booking, consumption, BOM, and production planning. Ensuring on-time delivery with required quality standards. Vendor management, sourcing of fabric, trims, accessories. Maintaining reports (WIP, order status, daily production tracking). Skills & Qualifications Graduation in Fashion (preferred). 3– 5years of experience as Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser in Garment Industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction & production processes. Proficiency in Excel, Email communication, and order management. Ability to handle multiple buyers and orders independently.
