Role Description NowX is hiring a Tech Head to join us as a core member of our founding team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ahmedabad , offering the unique opportunity to shape our tech foundation from day one. We're looking for someone who's not only technically strong, but ready to take ownership, build fast, and grow with us. You’ll lead everything from MVP development to team hiring and scaling. Qualifications Analytical Skills Technical Support and Training abilities Strong Communication skills Team Management experience Experience in the fashion or tech industry is a plus Proven experience in building and scaling products from scratch Experience with early-stage or fast-paced environments (bonus if you've worked at or founded a startup) Leadership experience or strong potential to grow into a team-building role
