Key accountabilities P&O contact for assigned business area of responsibility. Supporting with P&O needs, requests and projects, and routing more strategic requests to the appropriate P&O BP and/or P&O Global Function as necessary. Serve as an advisor to leaders in the respective country/site/division on matters related to the employee life cycle. Provide guidance to client groups to plan effective on-boarding and in-boarding for new and transferring employees. Plan and conduct new employee orientation. Addressing employee questions and concerns related to P&O policies and benefits Behaviors Expected Ability to make decisions and exhibit sound and accurate judgment to make timely decisions Ability to handle changing priorities Must be able to embrace a sense of urgency, innovation and resourcefulness Clear communication skills, capable of clearly conveying HR policies, procedures, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders, including management and employees. Ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in P&O consultancy, while also pragmatically addressing real-world complexities.

In This Role Youll Make An Impact By Manage everyday work activities appropriately as directed by the Team leader. Maintain knowledge of all technical information and resolve all issues in transactions and perform corrections where required. Administer and collect all metrics on processes and identify data points to improve all processes. Documents all transactions on an everyday basis and collates metrics from various associates and prepares appropriate reports. Monitor all data entry operations and ensure compliance with the timeframe. Ensure and maintain effective professional relationships with staff. Perform quality check assessment on all processes of various associates. Coordinate with team members and ensure achievement of all team objectives and goals. Analyze all issues of (Line of Business) LOB and Stakeholders to provide effective resolutions for same. Specific Tasks/ Requirements that might require supporting the department and the Line of Business. Education Graduate in Science / Commerce / Engineering Diploma (10+3) in international trade, logistics, business, or another relevant education background. Skills Experience with SAP SD, CRM, MS office, and E-commerce Self-starter with the ability to face challenges, resolve issues and implement improvements. Ability to influence management, problem-solving skills, and manage relationships with global teams. Experience with SAP SD, Awareness of ERP tools. (e.g. - SAP, Oracle) CRM, MS office, and E-commerce Should have been working with SAP for a minimum of 2-3 years. Ability to interact with all levels within the organization across functions and regions. Excellent written and verbal English speaking and presentation skills. Experience Should have been working with Operations/support function for at least 1 - 8 years with hands-on experience in Supply Operations and interacting with global stakeholders. Individuals should have a strong understanding of cross-functional activities.
