The COMMI-I will assist with food preparation and cooking, ensuring meals meet quality standards. They will follow hygiene protocols, maintain cleanliness, and work collaboratively with the kitchen team. The role includes maintaining an organized workspace and participating in menu development processes as required. Qualifications Proficient in Food Preparation and Cooking skills Strong understanding of Hygiene and Sanitation standards Possess advanced Culinary Skills Good Communication skills to coordinate with the team Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment Previous experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage Formal culinary training or relevant certifications preferred
