Key Responsibilities 1.Project Planning & Coordination Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility. Plan daily and weekly site activities and allocate resources (labor, materials, and equipment). Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure materials and equipment are delivered on time as per schedule. 2. Site Execution & Supervision Supervise renovation, civil, and interior fit-out activities (e.g., demolition, masonry, plastering, flooring, false ceiling, partitions, painting, joinery, MEP coordination). Monitor site progress and ensure that works comply with approved drawings and quality standards. Ensure proper installation of finishes, fixtures, and furniture as per design requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly. 3. Quality & Safety Management Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized site environment. Conduct quality checks at every stage to ensure high workmanship standards. Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and approvals. 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily progress reports, site photos, and work logs. Update project schedules and track work progress against timelines. Record material usage and submit requisitions for required materials. Prepare site measurement sheets for billing and contractor payments. Qualifications & Skills EducationBachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. Experience 0–2 years of experience in renovation, interior fit-out, or civil construction projects. Experience in commercial, residential, or retail interior projects is an advantage. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of construction and interior finishing materials and methods. Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings. Familiar with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Soft SkillsExcellent leadership and team coordination abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good communication and documentation abilities. Attention to detail and quality focus.
