Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hadiya, allowing for some remote work opportunities. As a Spanish Language Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Spanish translation and interpretation services to support the foundation's programs. You will work closely with diverse teams to draft, edit, and proofread Spanish language materials, ensure accurate translation of program content, and communicate with Spanish-speaking communities. The role also involves crafting culturally appropriate communication materials and assisting in the delivery of language services as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in Translation and Interpreting with the ability to accurately convert written and spoken content between Spanish and English. Strong Communication skills, with an ability to convey messages clearly in written and verbal form in Spanish and English. Experience in Writing and producing clear, precise, and culturally sensitive content for various audiences and formats. Understanding of Language Services, including cultural nuances and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, particularly in education and rehabilitation settings. Familiarity with educational and social impact programs is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment. Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
