- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly & annual targets. - Visit mandis, traders, millers & buyers for regular sales follow-up. - Strong understanding of Basmati & Non-Basmati varieties (1121, 1509, 1718, PR11, Steam/Sella etc.). - Monitor daily market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. - Prepare daily sales reports and monthly performance updates. - Ensure all documents (bills, DC, invoices, e-way bills) are correctly maintained. - Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts department. - Ensure proper execution of sales orders. Track logistics, freight, and timely delivery. - Ensure timely dispatches, documentation, and payment follow-ups.
