We are seeking a motivated IAM Consultant (SailPoint IIQ) to join our India team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions, with a strong focus on application onboarding and customization . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy identity governance and administration solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ . Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand IAM business needs. Provide technical expertise and guidance in implementing and customizing SailPoint solutions. Develop and configure workflows, access policies, and role-based access controls in SailPoint. Lead and support Application Onboarding : connector configuration, schema/attribute mapping, policy implementation, certification setup. Perform system integration, testing, and debugging of SailPoint applications and modules. Participate in the full software development life cycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment). Work with cross-functional teams (architects, business analysts, QA, app owners) to ensure successful delivery. Stay updated on IAM trends and apply best practices in SailPoint development and consulting. Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (relevant certifications are a plus). 2 to 5 years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and consulting experience. Proven experience in application onboarding and IAM projects . Proficiency in Java and Beanshell scripting (Python or C# is a plus). Strong understanding of IGA concepts : provisioning, RBAC, SoD, governance. Experience with web services (REST/SOAP), XML, JSON . Familiarity with IAM standards and protocols : OAuth, SAML, LDAP.
