Job Summary: The Site Sales Executive is responsible for handling walk-in customers at the project site, explaining project details, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and ensuring a smooth customer experience from site visit to booking. Key Responsibilities: Attend and manage walk-in customers at the project site Explain project features, layouts, pricing, payment plans, and legal details Conduct site visits and property tours for prospective clients Follow up on inquiries through calls, messages, and emails Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and bookings Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall project sales Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and documentation teams Assist clients with booking procedures and required documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Provide regular sales reports to the sales manager Required Skills & Qualifications: 12th +, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Persuasive, customer-focused, and result-oriented approach Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email) Ability to work on weekends and holidays as required Professional appearance and positive attitude Preferred Attributes: Experience in residential or commercial real estate projects Local market knowledge Multilingual skills (local language + English/Hindi preferred) Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary + attractive incentives Performance-based commissions Growth opportunities within the organization
