After sales services is very poor,charging extra money for repair as after few days after buying the tuning keys on the guiter developed cracks and broke eventually and the store attendent is very rude to the customers.

This place is good for a quick fix for your guitar. But it is cramped and the service is really slow. Don't expect good products here. Mostly of lower priced companies like Gradana etc.
