Job Title: Social Media Manager About NOIB : NOIB is a direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand based in India, with a strong focus on design and sustainability. We create garments that embody the modern woman, with an eclectic, essential, and conscious approach. Our brand is rooted in India's rich textile heritage and values craftsmanship and innovation. About the role NOIB is looking to hire a Manager - Social Media & Digital Marketing based out of the head office in Noida, UP. The role will primarily focus on the following: Strategy: Working closely with the founding team to drive strategy covering social media, digital marketing and PR outreach to bring the brand's creative vision to life. Evaluating marketing analytics to improve engagement by connecting the loop between social media, ads and other marketing channels Content Creation Creating a content plan and executing content creation covering videos, graphics, newsletters and ads Creating and managing all social media content across platforms Shoot brand content (as and when needed) to showcase the brand's sustainability and design journey to customers Development of creatives for ads across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp & Email marketing (Mailchimp, Shopify etc) Developing newsletters and blogs around launch of new collections and other events including sales Occasional development of marketing collateral for exhibitions, events including visual branding Developing linesheet and lookbooks for buyers and PR Coordination Working closely with the founding on PR outreach & strategy in line with the brand's vision and design language Representing the brand at exhibitions as and when needed Answering customer queries Website Managing website hygiene in coordination with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment with the brand's design language. Development of graphics for the website from time to time Update and maintain website pages EXPERIENCE & SKILL SET Bachelors/master’s degree from a leading institute Atleast 4 years of experience of working in graphic design/social media with a strong portfolio showcasing range of work from strategy to execution A go getter with a creative mindset with the ability to analyse and understand trends and come up with innovative design and creative ideas to grow the brand's presence in leading markets Expertise in Software/ design tools including Photoshop, Indesign, llustrator, Canva and video editing tools such as Inshot & Premiere Pro Photography, videography skills required Should be fluent in English and possess good communication & collaboration skills Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and flexible environment, with an easy and fun outlook on projects.
