Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Venture Builder Associate. In this position, you will collaborate with founders to conceptualize, design, and execute innovative business models. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, creating strategic business plans, managing project execution, and supporting fundraising initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the growth and success of early-stage ventures. Qualifications Strong skills in Market Research, Business Strategy, and Business Planning Proficiency in Project Management, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Collaboration skills Understanding of Startup Ecosystems, Fundraising Processes, and Entrepreneurial Ventures Familiarity with Technology Development and Product Management is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field; a master's degree is preferred Passionate about startups, innovation, and building sustainable businesses
