As a Senior Data Scientist, you will bring expertise in Python, Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI (GenAI), and Azure Cloud Services to the team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models for data-driven decision-making processes. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in AI/ML technologies, and hands-on experience with cloud-based solutions are essential. - Design and develop ML, NLP, and GenAI models to address complex business challenges - Build, train, and optimize AI models using Python and various ML frameworks - Implement Azure AI/ML services for scalable deployment - Develop and integrate APIs for real-time model inference and decision-making - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices and Agile methodologies - Stay updated on cutting-edge AI/ML advancements and contribute to the development of innovative solutions - Provide technical mentorship to junior data scientists and optimize model performance in a production environment The required skills and qualifications for this role include: - Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn - Hands-on experience in NLP techniques and expertise in Generative AI models - Strong knowledge of Azure AI/ML services and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines - Understanding of software engineering principles and experience working in an Agile development environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and a background in statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization Preferred qualifications: - Experience in MLOps and knowledge of vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation techniques - Exposure to big data processing frameworks and familiarity with Graph Neural Networks and recommendation systems - Strong communication skills and experience with AutoML frameworks and hyperparameter tuning strategies This is a full-time or part-time permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule includes day shifts from Monday to Friday with weekend availability. An additional performance bonus will be provided based on your contribution to the team.
