Location: Noida Industry: Electrical / Industrial Automation / Engineering Services Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in tendering processes. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in identifying, evaluating, and preparing government and private tenders aligned with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Proactively search and identify relevant government and private tenders across various online and offline platforms. Evaluate and shortlist tenders based on alignment with company offerings and capabilities. Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to gather required inputs for bid submission. Assist in the preparation of complete tender documentation , including pre-qualification, technical, and commercial proposals. Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders on e-procurement portals and other platforms. Maintain records of all tenders, submissions, and outcomes for future reference and compliance. Keep up-to-date with changes in tendering procedures, documentation requirements, and platform functionalities. Candidate Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in tendering (preferably in engineering/industrial/electrical domains). Strong understanding of tender portals and e-procurement platforms (GeM, CPPP, state portals, etc.). Good analytical skills to evaluate the relevance and feasibility of tenders. Familiarity with bid submission protocols , both online and offline. Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document formatting.
