Requires 2-3 years of experience operating RMC plants. Knowledge of concrete mix designs, plant operation, and quality control procedures. Ability to understand and operate machinery and equipment. Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during plant operation. Ability to communicate effectively with other plant personnel and management. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Responsibilities :- Plant Operation: Operating the concrete batching plant machinery, including loading, mixing, and discharging concrete. Material Management: Ensuring the proper storage and handling of aggregates, cement, and other materials. Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on the plant and equipment to ensure smooth operation. Safety: Following safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving any issues or malfunctions that may arise during plant operation. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of concrete production and materials used.
