Highly disappointed with the IP admission team. They keep me waiting for an hour and then deny a single room for admission. The receptionist was not professional, she kept distracting herself while talking to the patient

I had an X-ray taken at this hospital. They are not providing the report on the same day and said it would take 3 hours of waiting just to get the report. The cost for the X-ray was very high, but they are still not giving the report immediately. This does not feel like a corporate hospital; it is more like a government hospital.
