Day-to-day tasks include inspecting equipment, loading and unloading raw materials, controlling temperature, pressure, and airflow within the ovens, and performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime. Qualifications Experienced in operating and maintaining industrial machinery Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in industrial settings Ability to perform troubleshooting and basic repairs on equipment Technical understanding of manufacturing processes Physical stamina and ability to work in high-temperature environments Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred Previous experience in a similar role within the steel industry is a plus
