Job Title: Real Estate Tele Caller / Tele Sales Executive Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Real Estate Tele Caller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales team by engaging with potential clients interested in real estate properties. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inbound inquiries Provide information about properties, projects, pricing, and offers Understand customer requirements and schedule site visits Maintain and update client details in CRM or Excel sheets Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into site visits or sales Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and site visits Handle customer queries and provide accurate information Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets Requirements & Skills: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred Experience as a tele caller or tele sales executive (real estate experience preferred) Good communication skills in English and local language Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly approach Basic knowledge of computers, CRM, and MS Excel Ability to handle rejection and work with targets Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in real estate sales or telemarketing Familiarity with property portals and lead generation processes Salary & Benefits: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Training and growth opportunities Friendly and professional work environment I
