Job Title: Field Salesman / Field Sales Executive Job Location: Field Work (Market / Assigned Area) Job Description: We are looking for a hardworking and honest Field Salesman who can visit customers in the field and help increase the sales of the company’s products/services. Key Responsibilities: Visit customers in the assigned area Find new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers Explain company products/services to customers Take orders and achieve sales targets Collect market information and customer feedback Handle customer complaints or issues politely Prepare daily/weekly sales reports Qualifications: Minimum 10th / 12th pass Experience in field sales will be an advantage Must be able to communicate in English/Hindi (local language preferred) Required Skills: Good communication and convincing skills Hardworking and self-motivated Ability to work in the field Two-wheeler and driving license preferred (if required) Honest and responsible attitude Salary & Benefits: Salary: As per company policy Incentives / Commission based on performance TA/DA (if applicable) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹9,630.22 - ₹22,484.26 per month Expected hours: 6 per week Benefits: Work from home Work Location: In person
