NLP (Natural Language Processing) (Male only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop NLP models and pipelines for various language tasks.
• Preprocess and clean large text datasets for training and evaluation.
• Implement state-of-the-art algorithms using libraries such as spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, or NLTK.
• Fine-tune pre-trained language models (BERT, GPT, etc.) for domain-specific applications.
• Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate models into production.
• Continuously evaluate and improve model performance.
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in NLP.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Strong programming skills in Python.

Experience : 3-5 years in TTS - ASR & LLM - Having experience in custom training the models related to call center related projects.
