Position Details : Designation: SAP BW HANA Consultant Location: Hyderabad Experience Level: 4+ Years Notice : Immediate to 15 Days Company : N-Labs [ https://www.n-labs.ai Role Overview We are seeking experienced SAP BW HANA Consultants to support a large-scale SAP BW on HANA to BW/4HANA (BDC) cloud migration initiative for a global client. The role involves hands-on technical and functional expertise in BW migration using the Shell Conversion approach , with exposure to SAP BDC and Datasphere. Committed, delivery-focused consultants with strong migration experience are essential for this engagement. Key Responsibilities Execute SAP BW on HANA to BW/4HANA (BDC) cloud migration using the Shell Conversion process . Analyze existing BW 7.5 landscapes and design target BW/4HANA 2.0 architectures. Perform data modeling, transformation, and optimization in BW/4HANA. Work with SAP BDC (Business Data Cloud) and SAP Datasphere for modern data integration and analytics. Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities. Ensure data consistency, performance optimization, and validation post-migration. Collaborate with IBM client stakeholders during migration, testing, and cutover phases. Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution. Prepare technical documentation and migration-related artifacts. Mandatory Skill Set Strong hands-on experience with SAP BW 7.5 Proven expertise in BW/4HANA 2.0 Experience in BW on HANA to BW/4HANA migration using Shell Conversion Knowledge of SAP BDC (Business Data Cloud) Exposure to SAP Datasphere Strong understanding of BW data models, transformations, and process chains Preferred Skills Experience in cloud-based SAP analytics environments Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
