You will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources, office administration, basic accounting support, and IT coordination for our Chartered Accountants firm. Your role will require multitasking ability, confidentiality, and strong coordination skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Human Resources (HR)** - Support recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling - Onboarding & exit formalities for employees and articles - Maintain HR policies, compliance, and statutory records - Handle employee queries and coordination with management - **Administration** - Manage office operations, vendor coordination, stationery, and utilities - Maintain filing system (physical & digital) - Coordinate with bank, courier, Client etc. offices - Manage travel bookings, meetings, and office schedules - Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day office activities - **Accounts Support** - Basic accounting entries in Tally / accounting software - Maintain petty cash, expense tracking, and reimbursements - Support in invoice preparation, follow-ups, and documentation - Coordinate with CA team for data, records, and client files - Assist in GST, TDS, and compliance documentation (support role) - **IT & Systems Support** - Manage computers, printers, scanners, and LAN/Wi-Fi setup - Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware/software issues - User creation, email management, and system access control - Data backup, antivirus, and basic cybersecurity coordination - Support use of accounting, audit, and office software **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Graduate / Post-Graduate (Commerce / HR / IT preferred) - 15 years experience in CA firm / professional office preferred - Working knowledge of MS Office, Tally, Email, Internet - Basic understanding of HR processes and accounting concepts - Good communication, coordination & documentation skills - Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented If you join us, you will gain exposure to Chartered Accountancy firm operations in a learning-oriented professional environment.
