About the Role: We are seeking a sharp and driven Chartered Accountant with 2+ Years of Experience to join the CEO's Office as a Finance Lead. As Finance Lead, you will be working with a 6 member finance team to manage day-to-day accounting and to ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to go beyond traditional accounting and work directly with the CEO on building and managing financial processes that shape Nirula's future. Essentially, you will have a unique opportunity to build Nirula's modern finance function from the ground up. As Nirula's uses a custom ERP system, you can collaborate with our in house Development Team to request tailored enhancements that can give you full freedom to reimagine and modernize how technology supports finance at Nirula’s. Location: In Person at the Corporate Office in Noida Sector 64 (6 Days/Week) Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Strategic Involvement : Work closely with the CEO on business planning, provide regular MIS reports, conduct financial analysis, and support decision-making with scenario-based projections. Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement internal controls, automations, and SOPs to enable scale and accuracy. Finance Leadership : Lead a 6-member finance team to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. Compliance Management : Ensure timely filings for GST, TDS, ROC, and Income Tax. Coordinate and oversee statutory and internal audits. Outlet-Level Finance : Strengthen financial oversight across outlets by tightening controls on cash handling, inventory management, and daily reconciliations. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and HR teams to align financial practices with broader business goals. Candidate Profile: Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience. Industry Background : Prior experience in startups, F&B, retail chains, or multi-location operations is preferred. Technical Skills : Proficient in Tally/ERP systems, Excel, and core areas of statutory compliance. Working Style : Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
