About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Client satisfaction - Maintain high levels of satisfaction by delivering timely, accurate, and professional support. 2. Communication - Demonstrate clear and effective communication with clients (International) and internal teams, ensuring good explanation and understanding in all interactions. 3. Business development - Contribute to bringing new clients or arranging client calls, supporting partnerships, and outreach. 4. Operational support - Provide accurate meeting notes, documentation, and task follow-ups to free up the client/manager's time. 5. Marketing support - Prepare presentations and create engaging social media content to support outreach and visibility.
