About the Role: Nimble Intelligent Solutions is hiring an IT Sales & Marketing Intern to support our B2B IT services (Business Intelligence & Analytics) initiatives. This role is exclusively for MBA Marketing final-year students or recent MBA graduates who want hands-on exposure to real-world B2B IT sales and marketing. You will work closely with the IT Sales & Marketing Manager and gain practical experience across IT sales outreach, digital marketing execution, email campaigns, CRM operations, content creation, and AI-assisted workflows. This is a 6-month paid internship, with an opportunity to convert into a full-time role for strong performers. Key Responsibilities: Lead research and B2B prospect identification LinkedIn outreach and campaign execution Email marketing campaigns, follow-ups, and basic nurture activities CRM updates, lead status management, and sales tracking Guided outbound calling to warm or shortlisted leads Support in preparing basic sales and marketing reports LinkedIn post creation and basic creatives using Canva Close coordination with the IT Sales & Marketing Manager on daily activities Qualifications & Skills: MBA Marketing (Final Year Students or Recent MBA Graduates only) Strong interest in B2B IT Sales & Marketing Good written and verbal communication skills Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail Comfortable with LinkedIn, email, Excel or Google Sheets Basic understanding of CRM systems or willingness to learn CRM workflows Basic exposure to email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Apollo, or similar) is a plus Comfortable using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or similar) for day-to-day activities like research, content drafting, and productivity support Basic Canva or content creation knowledge is a plus Willingness to learn structured sales processes, templates, and SOPs What You Will Gain: Hands-on B2B IT sales and marketing experience Practical exposure to CRM-driven sales processes Real experience in LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and execution Direct mentorship from IT Sales & Marketing leadership Clear, performance-based growth opportunity
