Very time consuming process.. couldn't get my serviced equipments same day, even when I have submitted equipments at 12 noon.. also they were out of spares like grips of camera body, for which I might have to go again in few days..

Staff is yet to understand how to deal with customers. Mainly managers here don't understand how to deal with customers. They will end up loosing business to Sony and they don't even care about customers. Sooner or later things will turn away from Nikon.

Being a professional photographer I visit this place a lot. Nikon's own service center for cameras. Service is mostly good. They also offer NPS and AMC for your gear. But make sure you explain your problems properly. I would recommend this place.
