Key Responsibilities: Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Maintain a database of qualified candidates and keep records updated. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth joining experience.
