The Role We're seeking an experienced and systems-driven General Manager to be the operational leader for our high-performing team in Bangalore and Chennai . This critical role is focused on ensuring the efficiency, quality, and cultural strength of our Indian business unit, while providing essential operational support to the Sydney-based account management team . You will be the operational backbone, ensuring the agency runs efficiently, profitably, and maintains a high-performance culture across our creative and development functions. Deep-diving into the financial data—checking the COGS and sales revenue reports and ensuring all data is correct.
