We are looking for Senors HR executive.As a Senior HR Executive in Munak, Punjab, you'll manage the employee life cycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. You'll also develop and implement HR strategies, manage employee relations, and contribute to the company's overall success. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:Develop and execute recruitment plans, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Employee Relations:Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts. Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures. HR Policy and Procedure:Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Performance Management:Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees. Develop and implement performance management plans. Training and Development:Identify training needs and develop training programs for employees. Facilitate training sessions and workshops. Compensation and Benefits:Manage employee compensation and benefits programs. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Reporting and Analytics:Prepare and analyse HR reports and metrics. Identify areas for improvement in HR processes. Other Responsibilities:Support the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies. Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
