The Role You'll help streamline operations by creating reliable automations across our tech stack — from lead capture through to client management and reporting. What You'll Work On Lead capture and CRM automations. Notification workflows for new leads, follow-ups, and reminders. Integrations between Zoho CRM, WhatsApp/Telegram, email, calendar, and Google Sheets. Document tracking and reminder sequences. Reporting dashboards and activity tracking. Example Project We need a workflow to automate candidate screening from LinkedIn job posts — pulling applications, filtering against criteria, scoring candidates, and updating a tracker automatically. Requirements Proven experience building n8n workflows (please share examples). Solid understanding of webhooks and APIs. Experience with Zoho CRM. Clear documentation practices. Reliable and responsive communication. Nice to Have Experience with Make or Zapier. WhatsApp Business API or Telegram bot experience. LinkedIn API or scraping experience. This could become ongoing work as needs evolve.
