Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Chandigarh for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight transportation, sourcing and negotiating with carriers, and coordinating shipments. The role also includes maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers, tracking shipments, and ensuring on-time delivery. The Freight Broker will handle pricing strategies, maintain a database of carriers, and ensure efficient problem resolution. Qualifications Proficiency in logistics management, freight operations, and transportation coordination Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Proven abilities in market research, pricing strategies, and securing loads Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with logistics software and tools is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
