We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to handle back-office operations, customer support, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing client communications, and preparing accurate quotations for CCTV and security system solutions. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and invoices for CCTV products and services. Provide customer service support via phone and email, responding to inquiries and assisting with order status or product information. Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of quotes and service commitments. Maintain organized records of client communications, quotations, and purchase orders. Assist in email correspondence, follow-ups, and client communication for service and support. Support the procurement team in coordinating with vendors and suppliers for product availability and pricing. Help manage day-to-day office administrative tasks related to sales and support functions. Requirements: Experience in an office support or customer service role, preferably in the CCTV or electronics industry. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email handling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently. Knowledge of CCTV systems/products is a plus (but not mandatory).
