Job Overview: As a Real Estate Sales Executive at NextGen Realtors, you’ll play a key role in building client relationships, identifying property opportunities, and guiding clients through the buying and selling process. You’ll represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm while achieving your personal and team sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, and marketing campaigns. Conduct property showings and market analyses for buyers and sellers. Advise clients on pricing strategies, market conditions, and property values. Negotiate offers and close sales transactions in alignment with company standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business. Collaborate with the marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. Qualification Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive, Agent, or similar role. Valid real estate license (or ability to obtain one). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
