Position Summary: As the Senior Manager of the Public Partnership Strategy Division at Nexstellar, you will play a pivotal role in both backward and forward-facing aspects of our government relations and sales efforts. Your responsibilities will encompass forging strategic relationships with government bodies, leading policy advocacy efforts, and identifying business opportunities. Additionally, you will spearhead the marketing, promotion, and sale of our upcoming government projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Portfolio Marketing: Develop and implement strategies for marketing, promoting, and selling Nexstellar’s services in the government sector, with a focus on upcoming projects such as the technical training center. Collaboration with Consultants: Work closely with consultants and project management consultants for product specification and customisation, ensuring alignment with customer needs and preferences. Tender Bidding and Submission: Manage the tender bidding process, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to all requirements to maximise our chances of securing government projects aligned with our strategic direction. Customer Acquisition: Utilise networking, cold calling, and prospect selling techniques to attract new customers in the government vertical, expanding our client base and revenue streams. Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the government sector, fostering trust and loyalty to drive repeat business and referrals. Professional Representation: Represent Nexstellar professionally at trade exhibitions, events, and other relevant forums, showcasing our expertise and capabilities to key stakeholders. Understanding Customer Needs: Gain a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements to tailor solutions effectively, ensuring our proposals address their specific needs and preferences. Bid Proposal Creation: Create detailed bid proposal documents, addressing customer requirements comprehensively and effectively. Cost Calculations and Quotations: Provide accurate cost calculations and quotations to government clients. Project Life Cycle Oversight: Manage the entire life cycle of new projects, from mapping to order closure, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction. Traveling: You would be required to visit Pan India for business purposes. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's in BE Mechanical /Electrical/ Electronics and other Professional courses will be an added advantage Minimum of 5 years of experience in government business development. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in enhancing Nisarg's online presence, capturing stories from the field, and promoting our vision of sustainable growth and community empowerment. This internship would be around 3-6 months. Key Responsibilities Online Presence & Growth Support building and strengthening Nisarg’s online presence by increasing followers, reach, engagement, and website traffic across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn through consistent and relevant content. Content Creation & Trend Alignment Create engaging posts, reels, stories, blogs, and captions that align with current trends. Understand and apply social media algorithms, SEO basics, and platform insights to ensure content receives its deserved visibility and engagement. Field Visits & Visual Storytelling Conduct field visits to project sites and learning centres to capture high-quality photos, videos, and real-life stories , translating on-ground impact into compelling digital content. Campaigns & Promotions Plan and execute digital campaigns to promote flagship programmes, events, and initiatives , collaborating with the team on creative concepts, calendars, and execution strategies. Community Engagement & Brand Voice Actively engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, helping build a strong and authentic connection between Nisarg and its online and offline communities. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field , with a strong interest in digital and social media marketing. Hands-on proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and content creation, with an understanding of algorithms, trends, SEO basics, and engagement strategies . Strong photography and videography skills to capture impactful content during field visits, events, and on-ground activities. Working knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Suite to support content creation and campaign execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi , with the ability to craft engaging captions, blogs, and impact stories. Demonstrated interest or passion for social work, community engagement, and sustainable development , aligned with Nisarg’s vision and programmes. Willingness and availability to travel for field visits and participate in on-site activities as required.
