Role Description This full-time, on-site Fiber Optic Splicer role is based in Faridabad. The Fiber Optic Splicer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fiber optic cables, ensuring quality and performance standards are met. Daily tasks include splicing and testing fiber optic cables, operating hand tools, and adhering to structured cabling best practices and safety protocols. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and collaboration with team members to support project goals. Qualifications Proficiency in handling Fiber Optic Cables and cabling installation processes Experience with Structured Cabling and related best practices Strong skills in using Hand Tools for cable splicing and maintenance Understanding of Electricity and electrical safety measures Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Willingness to work on-site and adhere to safety protocols Technical certification or relevant experience in fiber optics and cabling is preferred
