Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls/chats to promote products and services. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service. Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as required. Requirements:Female candidates, aged 18–30 years. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fast chat typing speed with accuracy. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Energetic, confident, and motivated personality. Prior telesales/customer support experience is a plus (not mandatory).
