Tasks Install and configure closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems in various settings. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing CCTV equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Conduct site surveys to determine the best locations for camera placement and system installation. Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and provide tailored solutions. Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities for future reference. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in CCTV systems preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems. Strong understanding of network configurations and IP-based CCTV systems. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
