Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager Location: Kasargod / Kannur, Kerala About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Zonal Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Kasargod and Kannur districts of Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets in the agriculture-related product segment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets in the assigned districts. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers in the agricultural sector. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance and market feedback. Coordinate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities and campaigns. Train and guide sales teams, if applicable, to enhance overall productivity. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently. Eligibility Criteria: Must be a resident of Kasargod or Kannur district OR willing to relocate and settle in these locations. Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales and marketing, preferably in fertilizers, pesticides, or allied agricultural products. Language: Complete fluency in Malayalam (read, write, and speak) is mandatory. Strong negotiation, marketing, and sales skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
