Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential players, parents, academies, and sports enthusiasts Explain ITPL Tennis League, registration process, benefits, and schedules clearly Follow up with interested leads and close registrations Maintain daily call records and update lead status Handle customer queries professionally and courteou Coordinate with the marketing and registration team Required Skills & Qualifications Good communication skills in Hindi (English preferred) Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, calling apps) Ability to convince and handle objections Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience in telesales / sports sales is an added advantage Preferred Candidate Profile Passion for sports (especially tennis or cricket) Experience in league registrations, academy sales, or event promotion Comfortable working with targets and incentives Salary & Benefits Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives Performance-based bonuses Growth opportunity within ITPL Tennis Friendly and sports-driven work environment
