Key Responsibilities * Operational Management: Oversee all daily operations, including scheduling, facility maintenance, and resource allocation. * Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of counsellors and support staff. * Resident Care: Ensure a high standard of care for all residents. * Program Oversight: Supervise the implementation of therapeutic programs.
