Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients (builders, contractors, architects, project consultants). Visit construction sites regularly to promote and sell building material products. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned region. Conduct market mapping and gather insights on competitor products, pricing, and activities. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and ensure repeat business. Execute demand generation activities such as product demos, site sampling, and distributor meets. Ensure product availability and proper display at dealer counters. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and negotiations to close deals. Track and ensure timely payment collection from customers. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or internal sales systems.
