The foundation is committed to non-commercial, community-centered research and health initiatives. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CSR Funding Officer located in Bhopal. The CSR Funding Officer will be responsible for identifying and securing funds from corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, building and maintaining relationships with corporate donors, and creating detailed funding proposals. The role includes researching potential funding opportunities, preparing reports on funding impacts, and collaborating with internal teams to align funded projects with organizational objectives. The officer will also work on ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and effectively communicating the foundation's mission and vision to corporate stakeholders. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service Representative roles Ability to manage and nurture donor relationships with a client-focused approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fundraising or CSR-related experience is a strong advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field Ability to work on-site in Bhopal and collaborate with diverse teams
