Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor & Manage the Firewall, SDWAN, SSE, NAC , Switching & Routing, LB, WAF , PAM, Cloud Connectivity
• Work on incidents reported by the business troubleshoot and fix the reported issue.
• Monitor the health status of the Network and take appropriate actions to ensure Availablity of Network Infrastructure.
• Firewall Policy Creation on FortiGate, Palo Alto , Cisco Firepower, Cisco Meraki Firewalls
• Onboarding/offboarding of users on SSE for Private & Public Access
• Troubleshooting Connectivity issues on Firewalls / SSE / ZTNA
• Plan for Scheduled Maintenance activities
• Present Change in the CAB, Implement the changes
• Cloud Network operations (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Follow ITIL approach and resolve the incidents/Service requests
• Analyse the impact, present changes in the CAB review and implement the changes after necessary approvals.
• Analyse the root cause for critical issues and report the corrective actions performed & Preventive actions that required to avoid such issues in future
• Maintain the IT Asset inventory and the critical assets are covered in monitoring/SIEM aspects.

• Ensure the network & security devices are running on an OEM recommended version and not vulnerable to any attacks.
• Analyse the security policies periodically and ensure there are no gaps that might introduce any risk
• Perform Periodical checks on the Assets and ensure the security compliance.
• Document the changes, contribute to Architecture diagrams
• Prepare SOP for critical activities handled by the team

Essential Attributes

Candidate is expected to have working experience in handling Enterprise IT infrastructure and have troubleshooting knowledge on complex network setup. Should have multi-OEM technologies (FortiGate, Palo Alto , Arista,Cisco,Radware, Prisma SSE etc)

5-8 Years Experience, Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Security
