Reporting To: Chief Manager - IT

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure. The candidate should have hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewalls, VPNs, and network security solutions to ensure high availability, performance, and security of the IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Internet connectivity across all offices and branches.

2. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.

3. Administrator firewall solutions such as SonicWall, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar.

4. Configure and manage VPN solutions for remote users and branch connectivity.

5. Monitor network performance and availability using network monitoring tools.

6. Perform network capacity planning, upgrades, and optimization.

7. Implement and maintain network security policies and controls.

8. Troubleshoot network-related incidents and provide timely resolution.

9. Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for connectivity issues and service upgrades.

10. Maintain network diagrams, documentation, and asset inventories.

11. Support cloud networking requirements for Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.

12. Manage VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and IP address management.

13. Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.

14. Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

15. Provide L2/L3 support for network infrastructure.

16. Closing IT Security VAPT points.

Required Skills :

Networking:

TCP/IP, Subnetting, VLANs, Routing & Switching

OSPF, BGP, STP, HSRP, VRRP

DHCP, DNS, NAT

MPLS, SD-WAN

Security:

Firewall Administration – FortiGate / SonicWall

VPN (IPSec, SSL VPN & Site-to-Site VPN)

IDS/IPS

Network Access Control (NAC)

Wireless:

Wi-Fi Design and Troubleshooting

Ruckus, Cisco, Aruba Wireless Solutions

Monitoring Tools:

PRTG

SolarWinds

ManageEngine OpManager

Python

Wireshark

Ansible

Education Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Work Experience :

3-5 years of network administration and support experience.(Should be ready to travel across our branches in Mumbai depending upon the requirement.)

Certifications (Preferred) :

CCNA / CCNP

Fortinet NSE 4

SonicWall CSSA/CSSA

Aruba ACMA or Ruckus Certification

Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-900)

Key Competencies :

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.

Vendor management and coordination.

Problem-solving mindset and attention to details
