Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Network Engineer

to play a critical role in shaping and establishing enterprise network standards to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex network-related issues, designing secure nationwide networks, and implementing advanced networking solutions aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills along with deep expertise in network architecture, security, automation, and cloud networking technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

Configure, manage, and optimize secure network solutions to maximize application, information, and resource sharing across the organization.
Coordinate with multiple vendors and departments to procure network-related hardware, software, and services.
Investigate and resolve network problems, inefficiencies, and performance issues.
Evaluate, test, recommend, and implement network solutions based on business needs.
Develop advanced and leading-edge network technologies and concepts.
Mentor junior network administrators and engineers.
Independently analyze and provide innovative solutions for network engineering and design projects.
Reverse engineer and develop strategies for onboarding and integrating acquired companies into the organization's standard network technology stack.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong hands-on experience in enterprise networking environments.
Expertise in network security, firewall configuration, and WAN optimization.
Experience with automation tools and scripting for network operations.
Ability to handle complex troubleshooting and multi-vendor environments.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
