Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Haves Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and content creation. Strong portfolio showcasing creative design, branding, and content projects. Experience working with Australian clients (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent understanding of digital marketing content for SMEs. Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, engaging content. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a clear focus on email marketing and database growth. Minimum 2 years’ experience working with Australian or US-based clients . Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications or a related field. Proven results in growing email lists , increasing engagement rates, and driving leads or sales through email. Confidence with multiple email marketing platforms and CRM integrations. Strong copywriting skills — from subject lines and CTAs to blog posts and social captions.
