Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive located in Gwalior. The HR Executive will handle daily HR activities such as recruitment, employee onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Roles & Responsibilities : Email Campaign Management: Design, implement, and manage campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion. Lead Generation: Develop and execute targeted email marketing strategies to capture leads in the US and UK markets. Lead Conversion: Nurture leads through drip campaigns, personalized follow ups, and promotional offers. Audience Segmentation: Build segmented lists based on customer data and behaviours to improve engagement. Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling email content. A/B Testing: Test subject lines, content, and CTAs to maximize campaign performance. Performance Analysis: Monitor metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and provide actionable insights. Lead Nurturing: Create workflows to guide prospects through the sales funnel. Compliance: Ensure campaigns meet GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights. Market Research: Track trends, competitor strategies, and best practices to refine email marketing efforts. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience in email marketing and lead generation (preferably in the US and UK markets). Strong understanding of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce). Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation workflows. Familiarity with email design best practices and responsive design. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with strong skills in data analysis and reporting. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in B2B SaaS/software industry (preferred).
