The Site Leader will be the face of the company in India, accountable for all aspects of site operations, including R&D, engineering, business functions, talent acquisition, and infrastructure. The initial size of the operation in India will be 25 employees from CS and Engineering and will scale up over the next several years to include additional employees across CS, Engineering, and G&A organizations. Job Definition : This role entails the following Serve as the most senior representative of the company in India, managing relationships with key internal stakeholders (ELT), local government and business entities Leadership in building autonomous teams and scaling the India operations from ground up. Understand nuances of building high performance team that are located in disparate time zones and across language and culture Strong understanding of technology and system components. Experience in building enterprise scale solutions (software products). Experience in identifying and managing value traceability from requirements to Business KPIs or Customer Benefits Own high-stakes decisions impacting the site's operations, financial performance, legal compliance, and reputation. Partner with business unit leaders to manage the overall financial performance and budget of the India site, optimizing resource allocation and driving cost-effectiveness. Oversee local infrastructure, facilities, regulatory and compliances needs to maintain a high standards for the site and provide a welcoming and productive working environment for the team Foster a high performance culture that reflects company values, adheres to company global culture inclusion and collaboration Develop talent management strategies to develop talent helping nurture career progressions and succession Ultimately responsible for the overall employee engagement at the India Centre Drive initiatives to maximize employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being across all functions within the site. Qualification 15+ years of experience in software product (multi-national) companies including demonstratable capability in setting up and scaling of high performing teams 5+ years of International Experience or equivalent Proven leadership initiatives showcasing high impact to business or customers Understanding of business, corporate finance, P&L, Legal and Compliance in the context of GCCs(CoEs) Bachelors or Master’s degree in Management or Engineering.
