Internet speed and services is good but need to give good wifi modem

When i first started out the connection was very good, but I cant say the same now, i pay for 2 MB/s but I'm getting less than 1 MB/s. There are always problems after problems , the customer care sometimes don't pick up the phone(After tell me to call them after doing this or doing that). Sorry to say but I'm very disappointed.

I've used their internet for quite longtime so far I didn't have any problem. Of course sometime the internet will went offline for few min apart from that it suffice my daily browsing.

Very Poor services Do not take their services ..from the past 1 year i have been using their services and its the worst u will ever find. The speed of the internet is not constant …

Five star internet service provider in Shillong. Quick installation and quick customer service. Internet speeds are above average for Shillong.

I have waited around 2 and a half- 3 months for a new connection and still there is no response from the company. Trust me the customer service is really bad.

The Phone Number doesn't work... I am trying to call them for a new internet connection but the phone number doesn't seems to work at all.... What a Joke

Extremely poor internet speed and even worse customer and technical support. Stay away.

The network is not trustable ..I wouldn't suggest it to u if u need it for official use
